Creating an integrated online marketing ecosystem
When running an online business you have to learn to create that client experience on the web. Often times, people look at an online business in terms of the different verticals and tools that you need to succeed, for example, social media, Facebook ads, a website, email marketing etc. The problem with that approach is that you are only looking at the one vertical and not how all of those different verticals interconnect.
I would contend, that you need to take a step back and look at how all of those tools interconnect and the overall experience from prospect to client happens. When you approach this as a journey and understand that it is all connected, every message, every step, every tool, it becomes much easier to look at all the steps you need in place to build that digital business ecosystem.
