It’s January 31st and that means it is opposite day! So I was listening to my calm app this morning and the meditation was all about perspective. This got me to thinking about how we are 31 days into 2019 and this is the point in time when many New Years Resolutions and Habits start to fall off track. Are you where you want to be with your goals? Sometimes we have to step back and get a fresh perspective as to why we are stuck or why we aren’t moving forward. Today I want to challenge you to reframe your approach and do the opposite you normally do. You might be surprised by the results.
